In Loving Memory
Since Dreamers Walk Canada was founded in 2019, we have had the privilege of meeting and working alongside incredible people whose lives have left a lasting impact on our organization and our community.
Over the years, we have sadly said goodbye to members of the disability community, individuals living with cerebral palsy, dedicated volunteers, board members, sponsors, partners, supporters, and friends. Some were lost during the COVID-19 pandemic, while others passed away due to medical conditions or other circumstances. Each person touched our hearts and helped shape the journey of Dreamers Walk Canada.
This memorial page is dedicated to honoring their lives, celebrating their courage, and remembering them as true warriors. Their strength, determination, kindness, and unwavering support continue to inspire our mission to build a more inclusive and accessible world.
Whether they served on our Board of Directors, sponsored our events, volunteered their time, supported our fundraising efforts, advocated for accessibility, or simply believed in our vision, their legacy will never be forgotten.
We also remember the many individuals living with cerebral palsy whose lives have inspired hope, resilience, and perseverance. Their stories remind us why we continue to advocate for inclusion, accessibility, and opportunity for all.
On behalf of everyone at Dreamers Walk Canada, thank you for taking a moment to visit this memorial page and to honor the lives of those we have lost. Though they are no longer with us, their spirit lives on in every step we take, every barrier we break, and every dream we help make possible.
Forever remembered. Forever honored. Forever part of the Dreamers Walk Canada family.
With gratitude,
David Humphries
